Job Description – To remove outdated communal boiler which serviced 6 houses. Replace with 6 individual systems all with their own combination boiler.

We attended to survey the job and found the existing boiler to be inefficient and outdated. We designed a new Heating and hot water system for each property to provide the best possible performance and reliability. A detailed quote was provided and accepted.

As work commenced we removed and disposed of the existing system and installed the new systems individually to create as little disruption as possible to the house occupants. We finished the new systems to a high specification and completed all boxing in of the new pipework.

All properties have now been completed and have the added benefit of a 7 year warrantee.
